The term Kaizen originates from Japan, blending two powerful words: “kai” (改善) meaning “change” or “improvement,” and “zen” (善) meaning “good” or “better.” Together, they embody the philosophy of “good change” and relentless pursuit of betterment. The word vibes is derived from “vibrations,” which comes from the Latin “vibratio,” meaning “a shaking or quivering motion.” Today, “vibes” refers to the emotional signals or feelings we perceive, often subconsciously, from people and environments.
